The GauerBuilt Advantage Plus Many Years of Experience
Gauer Metal Products was the FIRST manufacturer of carton flow
shelving in the world, beginning as early as 1946. After years of fine tuning our design to the modern
Gauer Flo-Rak product, we are certain that our system is most definitely
equipped to suit your needs.
Gauer Flo-Rak Carton Flow
Shelf Frames may be installed as stand alone bays or integrated in your
new or existing pallet rack. In the case of a stand alone bay, Gauer
will supply welded vertical frames. These frames may be constructed in
either straight or layback styles which is shown on our
Gauer Vertical Frame
page. A layback effect can also be created in a pallet
rack structure, but this is done with additional notches in the shelf
frame side members.
As required in certain pallet rack configurations, Gauer will fabricate adaptor strips that
can make your existing pallet rack more suited for carton flow shelving.
Generally, the use of different support clips will suffice, but on many
occasions adaptor strips are necessary. Gauer carries a variety of
support clips that will be tailored to individual customer's needs.
The Gauer Flo-Rak Carton Flow System eliminates the need for extra
hardware to hold the track and guide in place. This system allows
for simple adjustments to accommodate product and package size changes,
unlike many conveyor options. Additionally, runway changes in 1 inch and 1/2
inch increments make it possible to achieve maximum product density.
Ease of operation and implementation, combined with Gauer's roller
design ensures smooth flow while preventing product hang-ups.
